I remembered an incident that occurred in 2022, when a friend of mine working in a company just had to put in a good word for me to get an interview, funny enough the interview wasn't done. Next thing I witnessed was an acceptance mail.
I was shocked so I asked him what happened, he chuckled and said he doesn't know maybe I was lucky. But as I started working in the company I noticed that he was one of the best employees and that made the company take his word for it.
If he says something is black they will believe it because he has built himself to be the best employee and alongside trust and integrity has already been established.

Do you think he can be easily promoted if chances present themselves?? Yes.
